Vanesa, our Technical Administrative Assistant, is the go-to person for all things tech-related in the administrative department. She keeps our business systems running smoothly by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues. Vanesa is also skilled at customizing our platforms to meet specific business needs. She collaborates with stakeholders to understand their requirements and then develops and implements tailored technology solutions that add value to our operations.

Vanesa has a background in graphic design, which helped her develop her love of learning new software and trying new technology. Driven by her problem-solving side, Vanesa obtained her Pardot Specialist certificate and her Salesforce administrator certification.

She spends her spare time biking, camping, reading and enjoying time with family and friends.
